A vacuum former uses plastic, known as PET, which is also used for plastic soda bottles. It heats up the plastic and melts it around the object which creates an exact replica of it.
Choose an object that will make a nice mold. Stuffed animals make neat forms but will vary from one object to another depending on how much it squishes.To get started, the first thing you need is a model of the item you want to vacuum forming machine make into a chocolate. Grab the handle located on the side of the vacuum former to pull the object upwards to verify that it fits in the gasket. Before returning the chamber to the base of the machine, be sure to clean, rinse, and air dry it thoroughly. Remember to also check the hose intake area for snagged particles.
Close and clamp the vacuum forming machine. Pull the element tray over the vacuum former and secure it in place.
